DESCRIPTION

Cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in F5 BIG-IP Application Security Manager (ASM) before 11.6 allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML via the Response Body field when creating a new user account. Attacker supplied HTML and script code could be executed in the context of the affected site, potentially allowing the attacker to steal cookie-based authentication credentials or control how the site is rendered to the user; other attacks are also possible. BIG-IP ASM 11.4.0 through 11.5 are vulnerable. A cross-site scripting vulnerability exists in F5 BIG-IP ASM 11.5.1 and earlier versions
